Shopping at DS Perfumería

These terms apply to purchases at dsperfumeria.com together with our shipping, returns and refunds and privacy policies. Nothing in them limits mandatory consumer rights under Colombian law.

Products and sizes

We sell authentic perfumes as full bottles and decants, depending on the selected size. A decant contains perfume drawn from the original bottle and packaged by DS Perfumería in a 5 ml or 10 ml atomizer. It is not an official miniature and does not include the original bottle pictured for reference.

Check the name, size, volume, quantity and price before paying. Images illustrate the product; packaging may vary by batch. An “inspired by” reference is a guide to scent similarity, not a claim of affiliation, identical composition or manufacture by the comparison brand. Fragrance perception and longevity vary with skin, climate and application.

Prices, payments and confirmation

Prices are in Colombian pesos (COP). The total, including applicable taxes and shipping, is shown before confirmation. Available payment methods are those enabled at checkout. Financing, if offered, is subject to its provider’s terms.

Preparation begins after payment confirmation. Keep your order number and confirmation. If a pricing, inventory or payment error occurs, we will contact you to offer an informed solution. We will not replace items or charge a difference without your agreement. If we cannot supply your purchase, the applicable refund will be issued.

Promotions and availability

Each promotion has its advertised conditions, dates and eligible products. Availability applies to the selected size and may change during checkout. Accepted offer conditions are not changed retroactively.

Changes, cancellation and complaints

Contact us promptly with your order number for changes or cancellation. We will check its status without limiting any applicable withdrawal, warranty or payment reversal rights. Never share passwords, verification codes or full card details.

Account and personal data

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and protect your login credentials. Our privacy policy explains data processing. Marketing subscriptions are optional and may be cancelled.

Effective date and contact

Updates apply to subsequent purchases. Earlier purchases retain the conditions applicable when made.
